Rabent, the eclectic and always energetic artist from Barcelona, makes his debut on Combine Audio with 'Sabbat EP'.
Flawless release where he delivers four solid tracks defining his range and style.
Starts with the martial beat of 'Barahunda', while an evil atmosphere grows in the background all along the track and taking over after the breakdown to release the madness.
'Escandalo' walks on a straight forward drum-bassline that turns into an hypnotic groove after a while.
The intensity steps up in the next track, 'Sabbat', deep kick with a marching sub-bass line driving through the whole trip, psycho percs dancing on top and detuned sci-fy layers to build a unique primal atmosphere.
He closes with 'The Covent', where we can feel some kind of a trance vibe that turns into a phrenetic techno tune.
